ChildCare Solutions, Inc. employs a very thorough screening process. Sitter portfolio’s consist of:

• An extensive application and interview process
• A minimum of three verified child care references
• A statewide criminal record check
• A criminal record check on those sitters that have resided out side of the state of Missouri with in the past seven years
• A Child Abuse and Neglect Screening.
• Sitters always have previous child care experience
• Their own transportation
• They are over 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma

The Sitter Request Process:

1. Please submit your request by completing the Family Questionnaire for Hotel Care and Hotel Sitter Referral Service Agreement. E-mail and fax requests are received Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm during office hours (except for major holidays). Feel free to request Hotel Sitters outside of office hours by calling our voice mail at 314-878-2273 (CARE). Early requests are appreciated. ChildCare Solutions, Inc uses its best efforts to honor last minute requests.
2. ChildCare Solutions, Inc. will contact you with in 2 hours of your request to inform you of receipt of your information. Please call (314)878-2273 immediately if you have not received telephone contact from a placement coordinator with in that time. Due to the sometimes unpredictable nature of technology we cannot guarantee receipt of request by e-mail.
3. ChildCare Solutions, Inc. will contact you with the name and telephone number of your sitter. During office hours portfolios can be faxed to the hotel at your request, or if time allows mailed. Please contact your sitter as soon as possible to confirm times, location and responsibilities. Once the sitter’s name and telephone information has been forwarded to you agency fees will apply.

Agency Fees and Sitter Wages:

Agency Fees:

1. Charged to your Master Card or Visa (sorry no debit cards accepted).
2. Hotel Weekday Daily Fee (more than 24 hour notice to CCS, Inc.) $25.00
3. Hotel Evening/Weekend Daily Fee (more than 24 hours notice to CCS, Inc). $30.00
4. Hotel Emergency (less than 24 hours notice to CCS, Inc.) Fee $ 35.00

*These Fees are applicable for each Day/Evening/Weekend that sitting services are requested. All sitter requests must be coordinated through a CSI Placement Coordinator.

Sitter Wages:

• Hotel Weekday Daytime Hourly Rate
  • One Child $8.50
  • Each Additional Child per hour: $.50
    
• Hotel Evening/Weekend Hourly Rate
  • One Child $9.50
  • Each Additional Child per hour: $.50
    
• Hotel Emergency Day/Evening/Weekend Hourly Rate
  • (less than 24 hours notice to CCS, Inc.)
  • One Child $10.00
  • Each Additional Child per hour $.50

Sitters will be paid for a minimum of four hours. Wages will be paid in CASH directly to the sitter upon completion of the assignment. Please reimburse sitters for all parking costs.

Cancellation Policy:

The Clients credit card will be charged for the applicable Agency Fees and Sitter Wages (four hour minimum) for assignments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice to ChildCare Solutions, Inc. Fees are applicable once ChildCare Solutions, Inc. has forwarded Sitter portfolio information via telephone (voice mail messages included), fax or mailed.
