Meet Lori...

Lori Simmons is the mother of two and president of Childcare Solutions, Inc. Lori really knows her business, and has employed nannies since 1994! Lori has a BA in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. Feel free to call and ask for Lori. Yes, our President/Owner is on site.

Following college, Lori worked for Childcare Personal and Development Services for three and one-half years. Her responsibilities included interviewing, screening, and placing daycare staff. She also held several workshops for the National Association for the Education of Young Children on how to hire quality childcare providers. She spent another one and one-half years working at a nanny agency before starting Childcare Solutions, Inc.

Lori understands all facets of running a childcare business. She has personally worked as a nanny, has worked in a daycare setting, and has employed a nanny since 1994.

"I was not originally from St. Louis, so I had a lot to learn when I first moved here. It’s hard to know whom to trust with the care of your children. That is one of the main reasons I started Childcare Solutions. I wanted a nanny that was an extension of our family's beliefs and that would grow to become a part of our family. In essence, I was actually my very first client!"
