Meet Beth...

Beth Wachter is the permanent placement coordinator for Childcare Solutions, Inc. and has been with the agency since 2001. Beth earned her BS in Health Science. While persuing her degree, she served as a nanny for two families.

Beth is extremely detailed-oriented and organized. In addition, she has a natural empathy for parents and caregivers. The ability is a true gift that makes her very skilled at matching the right nanny to the right family. Beth takes the time to thoroughly research each family’s needs, as well as the strengths and skills of each potential nanny. As such, Beth is an efficient professional sure to make your search for the right nanny a comfortable and pleasant experience.

My goal is to place the right caregiver with the right family. Nothing makes me happier then when a nanny or family calls and tells me that Childcare Solutions, Inc. has made a great difference in their lives and that they are secure and confident in the happiness of their children.
